I ordered from Tactical Traps and, the whole thing went smoothly. The website was easy to figure out, my order arrived in good shape, and there weren’t any shady surprises or frustrating issues, which I really appreciate. Companies should be upfront and reliable when people are spending their money, and in this case they did right by me.

The product itself feels sturdy and looks really nice in the room. Setting it up took me a little bit, but it wasn’t anything too difficult. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase and I’d feel good ordering from them again

It opens fast when I need it, which is really what I was hoping for. Setup took me a little while, and I did wonder if some of the steps were there just to push me toward extra settings or features, but once I got it sorted, it’s been working well. No real complaints now

I bought this mostly because I kept thinking, okay, if I’m going to have a safe on the wall, I don’t want it looking like a bulky little vault. This one just looked cleaner than the usual options, so I went for it. it does look really nice in the room. It doesn’t scream “safe,” which is exactly what I was hoping for. The finish is nice too, better than I expected actually. My only hesitation is the price. Part of me is like, hmm, is it a little much for what it is? Probably. But at the same time, I’m happy with how it looks and it fits the space well. So yeah, 4 stars from me...

The lock just feels a bit flimsy to me. Maybe it would hold up fine in normal use, but when I tried it, I kept thinking it could be sturdier or... I don’t know, it just didn’t give me a lot of confidence.

I ordered one of these wall shelves, and the overall size was about what I had in mind. It sits over my desk nicely and doesn’t look bulky or weird on the wall.

The inside space is decent. My compact pistol and a mag fit with no real issue, but my bigger handgun was kind of tight unless I shifted things around. I also had to trim the foam a little, maybe 10 minutes or so of messing with it.

Installing it wasn’t too bad, just take your time and measure a couple times before drilling. I’d give it around 4 stars because it works well overall, I just wish it had maybe another inch of depth inside.

My main issue was the shipping. I was going by the delivery timeframe they gave, so when it ended up taking longer than they said, it was frustrating. The product may be fine, but the delay made the overall experience feel disappointing.

My order from tacticaltraps.com arrived pretty much around when I expected it, so I can’t really complain too much about the timing. The only thing I noticed was that the outside box looked a bit beat up, with some dents and one corner kind of crushed.

Thankfully, the inside seemed to be packed well enough, and as far as I could tell, nothing was actually damaged. I’d probably give it 4 stars overall since the delivery was fine, but I do wish the box had been handled a little more carefully.

Overall, the hardware feels solid. The hinges and screws were actually better than I expected, and nothing felt cheap or rattly. That said, I’d warn others to double-check the fit before getting too far into the install. Mine took some fiddling, and one bracket looked just slightly off. It works fine now, but it wasn’t quite as smooth as I hoped.

It’s not quite as hidden as I was hoping. Once you know what it is, it kind of stands out more than I expected.

I reached out to support and, they replied quick. I was kind of expecting to wait around for a while, maybe check back later after doing something else, but their response came in sooner than I thought.

They did keep me updated, which I appreciated, and nothing major went wrong. But I felt a bit misled about the timing because I ended up waiting longer than I expected. Overall it was okay, just not quite what I thought I was signing up for

The box was secure and everything looked fine, just had one little dent on it. Not a big deal, honestly.
